Burke Devlin brings Sam Evans a ham and Swiss cheese sandwich

The dramatic episode #73 saw Sam Evans not eating, being inconsolable over Maggie's mysterious disappearance, and Burke Devlin as an angel of mercy bringing Sam a pretty good looking ham and Swiss cheese sandwich that he took out from a local eatery, perhaps made by Susie at the Collinsport Inn diner.  Here's my version using a mildly smoked ham, imported Swiss cheese and the addition of coleslaw which gives it added interest and texture.  It's not exactly a "Rachel" so I'll call this the "Josette."  Try it and you'll like it as much as I did, and it's another great evening snack to enjoy while you're watching your favorite episodes.
