David Collins' favorite Ham Sandwich

Do you remember episode #98 and David Collins' favorite ham sandwich?  Shortly after Mrs. Johnson moved into Collinwood to act as a spy for Burke Devlin she decided to serve David lunch in the drawing room in order to ingratiate herself with him and to be able to ask him prying questions about the Collins family.  What she brought on a tray was a nice ham sandwich saying that she knew it was his favorite along with a glass of milk.  He was surprised by this but enjoyed it and her technique was working until matthew Morgan came in and stopped it cold.  This great sandwich is made with locally cured ham and old fashioned white bread from a small bakery.  With just a little butter It doesn't even need mustard, but you could certainly enhance it with whatever kind you wish.  I wonder if Mr.  Henesy still enjoys a plain ham sandwich after his long career as a restauranteur and his life in exotic lands.  I'm guessing that he does.
